We love to share our thoughts and views about our industry so we write a weekly Blog and we occasionally package up our knowledge into small booklets, which we send out, for free.

In order to receive this industry info we need to know where to send it, so, you’ve helpfully signed up to our address list.

What we do with this information:

We wanted to be transparent about what happens to the information you give us.

When you sign up to receive our Blog you give us certain information voluntarily.  This includes your name, email address, company and job title.  We use a company called Mailchimp to automate sending out our Blog, so, this information sits on a Mailchimp list, we’ve created.

We don’t ever share this information with third parties, it is purely used as a way to deliver the industry content you’ve requested (e.g. our Blog).

Most of our communication is electronic but occasionally we print booklets and post them.  To do this we source company addresses and store them for address labels.

How long we keep your information for:

We keep your information only so long as we need to, in order to keep sending you the industry content you’ve requested.

Your options:

You have options in relation to the information that we have about you:

  • You can access the information we hold about you.
  • You can get your information corrected or deleted.
  • You can unsubscribe at any time.  If you ever want to stop getting this content there is always an unsubscribe button at the bottom of each Blog.
